Charades
Hold the phone to your forehead. Everybody else gives the clues.
The game everybody already knows how to play, with the writing, the shuffling and the scorekeeping taken off you. One person holds the phone up so they cannot see it, and everybody else has forty five seconds to get the word across.

How it plays
Koven deals the words, runs the clock and keeps the score, so the only thing left in the room is the shouting. The phone goes to whoever is up, they hold it to their forehead, and the rest of the team describes, mimes or sings the word on it. A hit scores and moves on, a pass costs nothing but the seconds it takes. At the end of the round you get the whole list back with what landed and what did not, which is usually funnier than the round was.
What happens in a round
Straight from the game itself: these are the phases the room moves through, in order, with the clock each one starts on.
Your turn
Take the phone and hold it up so you cannot see it, then start the clock.
45 seconds
Give the clues
Everybody else describes the word. Mark each one as a hit or a pass.

Who it suits
- A room that wants to be on its feet rather than looking at a screen
- Mixed ages, because a seven year old and a grandparent can both give a clue
- One phone between everybody, with nothing else to set up
