What do you need?

  • Something you have seen in the app

You can report any deck, name or player from the screen you are looking at, with no account and in two taps. That is the fastest route and it puts the report straight in front of a moderator. If you would rather write to us, or the thing you saw is not reportable from the app, use this.

  • A child’s safety

If you are a parent or carer and something has worried you, tell us roughly when it happened and which room or deck it was, and we will find it. We treat these first. If somebody is in immediate danger, contact the police before you contact us.

Email us about a child’s safety
  • Your account, your data or a deletion request

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, without asking anybody. If you want a copy of your data, a correction, or you are asking on behalf of a child, write to us and we will answer within one month, usually much sooner.

    Email us about your data
  • Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancelling and refunds happen in your store account. If the store has turned down a refund you think you are owed, tell us and we will help you argue it.

    Email us about a payment
  • Something is broken

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. If you can, say which phone or browser you were using and roughly what time it was, because that is usually enough for us to find it in the logs.

    Report a bug
  • Anything else

Ideas, a format you wish existed, a deck you cannot get approved, or a question this page has not answered. We read all of it.

Answers to the usual questions

Do I need an account to play?
No. A guest joins a room with a four letter code, picks a name and plays. An account is only needed to make decks, keep your history and take a subscription with you across devices.
How do I stop my child seeing community decks?
Turn off community content in the account settings. The library disappears from the app rather than sitting there greyed out, and only first party packs and decks your family made remain.
How long does a deck take to be approved?
Normally under 24 hours. You can share a deck with your own family by code straight away, with no review at all.
How do I delete my account?
From inside the app, in one action, without emailing anybody. It removes your profile, your email address and your decks.
A deck of mine was rejected. What now?
The message says which rule it fell foul of. Edit it and submit it again, or reply to that message and a different moderator will take another look.
